DIRECTIONS:From Wantage town centre take the A338 north past Grove, over the Williams roundabout and then turn immediately right.  Follow the road for approximately ½ mile and the property will be found on the left hand side.

TERMS:Available late August for an initial 12 month term unfurnished. NO PETS, SMOKERS OR BENEFIT CLAIMANTS.  Tenants will be responsible for payment of outgoings including oil, electricity, council tax and telephone (including transfer/connection costs).

Future rent payments would be preferred on a standing order basis and full details of the relevant bank account will be made available at the appropriate time.

In the event of a new Tenancy Agreement being prepared to cover a further extension of the initial period, a further £90.00, including VAT, will be payable as a contribution towards the cost of the new Agreements.

A TERM CERTAIN IS FOR A FIXED PERIOD WHICH NEITHER THE LANDLORD NOR TENANT MAY BRING TO AN END BEFORE THE EXPIRY OF THAT TERM OTHER THAN FOR A BREACH OF COVENANT.
