" An attractive red brick link detached property positioned near the centre of this highly desirable South Oxfordshire village. The property offers an excellent opportunity for extension subject to planning. Plot measures just under 1/5 of an acre. Entrance hallway, 15`11 lounge, 15`11 x 12`2 kitchen dining room, inner lobby (could be a utility room or shower room), cloakroom, large store room, three bedrooms and a shower room. to the front of the property there is parking for numerous vehicles. The rear garden is of a good size and well stocked with flowers and shrub borders as well as a large vegetable patch and various sheds and green houses.

Aston Tirrold, together with the adjoining village of Aston Upthorpe, are pretty and peaceful villages situated on the edge of the Berkshire Downs, in a sought-after part of South Oxfordshire. The villages comprise many attractive period houses, three churches, a popular French village pub/restaurant and a recreation ground where a new cricket pavilion is being built. Communications are excellent, with easy access to the M4 junction 12 at Theale and the M40 junction 6 at Lewknor. Didcot Parkway mainline railway station is only four miles away with a regular service to London Paddington in approximately 35/40 minutes. The A34 provides easy access to Newbury and Oxford and day-to-day shopping facilities can be found in the nearby market town of Wallingford c. 4 miles. There is an excellent choice of schools in the area including St Helen`s and St Katharine`s, Abingdon School, Radley, Oxford High, Magdalene College School, The Oratory, Moulsford, Cranford House, Chandlings, The Manor and the wide choice of other Oxford and Abingdon schools. There are also excellent secondary state schools in the adjoining towns of Wallingford and Didcot. Both of these towns offer a good range of shopping facilities with with Waitrose, Sainsburys and Tesco to name a few. There are golf courses nearby, namely Hadden Hill c. 3 miles. Goring & Streatley c. 4 miles and the Springs c. 4.5 miles.
