" Situated in a no through road in the heart of Harwell village, 1 The Old School House is a four/five bedroom Victorian semi detached property offering flexible living space with a self contained annex. The former School was converted in the early 80`s into a pair of semi`s offering many original features, including exposed timbers and open fire places as well as the original bell tower.

Accommodation comprises; glazed entrance porch, 21` reception /dining room, 21` dual aspect lounge, 20` kitchen breakfast room leading to a conservatory with views of the walled garden, utility room, cloakroom, rear lobby, annex with two bedrooms and an ensuite, large landing with bell tower, family bathroom, three bedrooms with the master suite offering an -ensuite and dressing room. Gas central heating throughout.

The property faces mainly to the south and west with wrought iron railings to the front leading to the detached double garage and gravel driveway. The gardens are enclosed on all sides with a brick retaining wall and a large lawn with shrub bed borders surrounding. There is also a patio area and large garden shed.

Harwell is a thriving and conveniently located village situated about 3 miles west of Didcot on the Oxfordshire/Berkshire borders. The village is well served with a primary school, public house/restaurant, butchers, news agents, an 11th century church and various clubs and societies.

Communication is excellent with the A34 (3 miles) connecting Oxford and the M40 to the north and Newbury and M4 to the south. Didcot Parkway mainline station provides a regular service to London Paddington (about 45 minutes).
