" Description:
This three bedroom semi detached property has undergone a considerable number of improvements by the current owner in recent years. It does however offer scope to extend much further as alot of the properties on this road have done or are in the process of doing. Accommodation: Entrance hallway with quarry tiled flooring, Living room with a cast iron feature fireplace, wooden flooring and two large windows front aspect. Kitchen at the rear has been recently fitted built in gas hob, utility area at the rear, wooden flooring. Bathroom with a modern white suite. All the interior doors are solid wood, a new modern condensing boiler has been installed very recently. All windows and doors are double glazed. Dog legged stairs to first floor with a landing with alot of built in storage. Upstairs there are three bedrooms two doubles overlooking the rear and a single room front aspect.

The plot of this property is one of it`s main attributes with a good size garden open plan and fenced to the front with a shingle area for parking and a garage with metal up and over door at the side. There is a studio room with light and power and soundproofed. The rear garden mainly laid to lawn with borders. Location:
Cholsey lies approximately three miles to the south west of Wallingford. Historic information records the original tiny Saxon farming community to the thriving lively commuter village of today. There is excellent parks and an active local community served by ?The Forty` magazine. There is a local enthusiasts Cholsey and Wallingford Railway running between the two locations (known locally as The Bunk because the locomotive twice left the coaches behind and `did a bunk`). Agatha Christie is undoubtedly the most famous Cholsey inhabitant and is buried at the local church.

Today the village is a thriving one, and benefits greatly from the main line railway station offering direct access to London Paddington in approximately 50 minutes, 20 minutes to Reading and Oxford. Cholsey is also with convenient access to both the M4 & M40. The village offers a selection of amenities including various shops including a Tesco Express, An excellent butchers, hairdressers, Chinese and Indian restaurants and a Primary School. The centre of Wallingford is approximately 3 miles way offering a further selection of amenities.
