LOCAL INFORMATION
Owls is tucked away at the end of a lane in the pretty Thames side village of Moulsford which has a thriving local community with a new pavilion holding various social events including regular Friday night socials, village coffee mornings and quiz nights, along with a playgroup and cricket club. Both Moulsford Preparatory School and Cranford House School in the village, plus the Old Vicarage involve local residents in various activities. There is also a choral society, chandlery at the boat house, and The Beetle & Wedge Boathouse Restaurant. The fuel station a short walk away sells day to day provisions. Cholsey (2 miles) with Tesco express and Goring (3 miles) with new grocer, bakery and butcher as well as Doctors surgery and dentist have direct rail access to London, Paddington (from 51 minutes) or via Reading (from 27 minutes) with Crossrail allowing direct access to the city, Canary Wharf, the West End and Heathrow from 2018. The market Town of Wallingford (4 miles) has a good selection shops including a large Waitrose.

Outside the garden room is a gravel garden and decked area with raised pond. To the front a double garage with attached garden store.
