A four bedroom semi detached property is situated on a corner plot with a private outlook to the front with a mature hedgerow and grass verges. On a quiet road the property is situated on a corner plot with the garage to the side and outbuildings which offer scope to extend and develop the side. Accommodation includes a large hallway, dining room, living room, a 16 ft 2 fitted kitchen, outside lobby area, WC and a utility room with a covered area with access to the front and rear gardens. There is a conservatory at the rear.There are four bedrooms upstairs (three double rooms) and other similar properties nearby have extended into the roof void to provide another room. With over 1500 sq ft of accommodation currently there is still scope to extend and improve the house. The property requires some modernisation throughout but benefits from modern gas central heating to radiators and double glazing.

One of the features of the property is the plot and at the front there is an open hardstanding area which could be adapted to offer some additional further off road parking. However there is a garage at the side with parking off street in front.

Wallingford is a small but bustling market town situated in South Oxfordshire, it has retained much of its historic architecture yet has good amenities for everyday needs. Within the town there is a regular market and farmers market, a Waitrose and Lidl supermarket and a host of small independent shops as well as banks, public houses, plenty of places to eat including restaurants and cafes. The Corn Exchange is the home of Wallingford`s cinema and theatre, producing a wide variety of productions throughout the year. Three primary schools and a highly regarded High School which is also a sports academy. The town has two nursery schools and a full range of leisure facilities and sports groups. Set on the banks of the river Thames there are a number of footpaths and open spaces in which to enjoy the surrounding countryside. Wallingford is within easy reach of both the M40 and the M4 and only 15 miles from Oxford and Reading and there are regular bus service to both locations. Mainline train services can be accessed at nearby Cholsey and Didcot with regular trains to London Paddington.
