Location    The property is located within 0.5 miles of Wallingford Town Centre. Wallingford is a small country market town on the banks of the River Thames about 50 miles away from West London. It is well connected by road and local bus services to Oxford, Reading and Henley, and the nearby mainline railway station at Cholsey. Wallingford is a wonderful mix of old and new. An unspoilt riverside with towpath, heated open air swimming pool, Kinecroft & Bullcroft Park, Castle Gardens, an ancient town centre with Town Hall and Saxon streets which house many excellent and varied shops.   A High Street with its Antique shops and Goldsmiths, The Lamb Arcade, once an old coaching inn, is now a unique shopping experience and at the crossroads, there is also a Waitrose.

Directions    From the Buckell & Ballard office turn left into the High Street, at the mini roundabout go straight across then immediately right into St.Georges Road. Barncroft is the first cul-de-sac on the right hand side. Number 2 is the second house in on the right hand side.
