A semi detached property on a plot with space at the side and a good garden at the rear. Set back from the road with parking at the front. Downstairs the kitchen has a utility room and downstairs cloakroom at the side and this offers scope to extend to make a larger kitchen as there is space at the side of the property. An entrance hallway and 17 ft 11 living room. Upstairs two double bedrooms a single and bathroom. The property has some double glazing (with recently fitted patio doors) and gas central heating. As a family property it is located in an ideal position close to the primary and secondary school and yet a short stroll to the town centre. it is likely however that a potential buyer would extend and improve the property further as it has a good size plot.

Outside
Set back from the road with parking at the front. The southerly facing rear garden is fenced around and is mainly laid to lawn with a large patio area. A large shed smaller shed at the side of the property and a timber storage. At the side there is a small service road giving extra space between the next door neighbour.

Wallingford is a small but bustling market town situated in South Oxfordshire, it has retained much of its historic architecture yet has good amenities for everyday needs. Within the town there is a regular market and farmers market, a Waitrose supermarket and a host of small independent shops as well as banks, public houses, plenty of places to eat including restaurants and cafes. The Corn Exchange is the home of Wallingford`s cinema and theatre, producing a wide variety of productions throughout the year. Three primary schools and a highly regarded High School which is also a sports academy. The town has two nursery schools and a full range of leisure facilities and sports groups. Set on the banks of the river Thames there are a number of footpaths and open spaces in which to enjoy the surrounding countryside. Wallingford is within easy reach of both the M40 and the M4 and only 15 miles from Oxford and Reading and there are regular bus service to both locations. Mainline train services can be accessed at nearby Cholsey and Didcot with regular trains to London Paddington.
