DETAILS OF FEES, RENT & DEPOSIT:

Administration Fees – paid on Application this covers the initial administration costs including the reference checks, Tenancy Agreement & Check-in. Please note this is non-refundable if you fail referencing or change your mind at any stage. This application fee is only refundable if the Landlord withdraws. These fees are as follows:
