" Why we like it:
A large four bedroom detached family home situated on a generous plot with plenty of space around.The property is situated in an excellent location set back in this sought after cul de sac. The property has one the larger plots on the road with a mature south facing garden with a good lawned area. The property has been very well maintained over the years and the windows have been kept in excellent order with the recent addition of solid oak patio doors. The German built fitted kitchen also has a decent utility room. The main reception has four windows affording alot of light with a separate dining room. Decent bedroom sizes with three large double rooms and a lovely master bedroom overlooking the rear garden and great en suite bathroom with double shower and separate bath. The rear garden enjoys a great deal of seclusion and has a large german-made electric awning from the living room at the rear. There is a double garage with electric doors and a large block paved area to the front with parking for at least six vehicles. Because of the rear plot size there is scope to extend at the rear easily but the lovely open aspect around this property is one of the main features.
