" Description
A two bedroom townhouse situated within walking distance of the town centre. Built in the late 1980s this two bedroom house is of an attractive deisgn with an entrance lobby to the front opening into the 18ft sitting room with window to the front, there is a fireplace with a gas fire and stairs to the first floor. The kitchen/dining room is part opne plan to the sitting area and has a window and door overlooking the rear garden, the kitchen has fitted wall and base cabinets and space for a cooker and washing machine. From the first floor landing there are two double bedrooms both with built in wardrobes. The bathroom as been updated with a white suite and tiling. The property has gas fired central heating to radiators and double glazed windows.

Outside
To the front is a small open plan front garden with a lawn and shrubs, the rear garden is of a reasonable size with a patio area to the rear of the kitchen. The garden has a lawn with well stocked borders and is enclosed by wooden fencing. There is gated rear access to the private car parking space.
