This mid-terrace property is suitable for singles, couples and children. The property has recently been redecorated to the highest standard. The property offers large open plan lounge and smaller enclosed lounge and is easy to keep clean due to its laminated flooring. The property is centrally heated and also has a gas fire. The kitchen is fully fitted and there is a built-in oven. There is plumbing already available for washing machine and dishwasher. There is a small, front garden that is easy to keep tidy and the back yard is beautifully block paved to create a simple and easy to keep area for sitting or playing with children. There is ample parking space in an enclosed, safe parking area.

Heywood is a small town located near Rochdale, Oldham, Bury and Manchester with easy access to public transport. This property is located in a quiet cul de sac approximately 10 minutes walking distance from the centre of the town where there is ample shopping available. There are many good schools and colleges in the area. The property is also located very near the open countryside of the Pennines.
