Dunstan Road is situated close to the Finchley Road and is within a short distance of Golders Green's excellent transport facilities and the High Street.

Located to the south of Golders Green the house is excellently positioned for access to Hampstead and the open spaces of Golders Hill Park and the Hampstead Heath Extension.
