There is a small lawned area to the front of the property and the rear garden is mainly walled giving excellent privacy which is partly shingled and partly laid to lawn and having extra space being on a corner plot. There is a rear gate leading out to the parking space and garage.

The property is located in the rural village of Ditchingham which is very close to the popular market town of Bungay. The house itself is a short distance of Broome Heath, ideal for those who enjoy walking and getting back to nature. The village has local shops, public house and primary schools in nearby Ellingham and Ditchingham and falls into the Hobart High School catchment area. Bungay lies 1.6 miles away within the popular Waveney Valley and offers a good range of all the necessary amenities and shops, schools, antique shops, restaurants, The Fisher Theatre (now showing films) and leisure facilities including indoor swimming pool and golf club. The Cathedral City of Norwich is about 30 mins drive to the North and has a mainline train link to London Liverpool Street (1hr 54mins). Diss provides another mainline link to London and is 19 miles distant. The unspoilt heritage coastline of Suffolk with the lovely beaches of Southwold and Walberswick are a short distance away.
