The town is located on the Waveney River which is a gateway to the Broads network. Directions
From Beccles Town Centre join the London Road and continue along passing through the traffic lights. After approx. ¼ mile turn left onto St Georges Road and bear right, proceed to the end of the road and turn right onto Darby Road. Proceed along and take the second turning right into Kemps Lane where the property can be found on the left hand side, identifiable by a Musker McIntyre ´for sale´ board. Please note: Do not rely on ´sat-nav´ as Kemps Lane becomes one-way at the end and the property is only accessible via Darby Road.
