The Beccles train station has a direct line to London Liverpool Street (approx 2.5 hrs). The town is located on the Waveney River which is a gateway to the Broads network. From leaving New Market turn left onto Ballygate then turn left onto St Mary´s Rd/​B1062. Continue straight onto Peddars Lane/​A145, at the traffic lights turn left onto Blyburgate/​A145. Continue for approximately 100 yars and the property can be found on the right hand side identified by a Musker McIntyre ´For Sale´ board.
