The train station runs direct to London Liverpool Street via Ipswich, and the unspoilt Suffolk coastline with the beaches of Southwold and Walberswick are within easy driving distance.

Head north out of Beccles along London Road/A143 towards St Marys Road. Take the first right onto Peddars Lane/A145. Turn right onto Blyburgate and take the first right onto Ingate. Continue onto Lowestoft road and turn left ont Pepys Avenue. The Property is situated on the right hand side.
