The house is approached by a pathway leading to the front door with lawn either side, the driveway has ample parking in front of the garage which has light and power. The property is in Worlingham which has primary and middle schooling, post office, newsagents, pharmacy and hairdresser. A fuller range of amenities can be found in Beccles, which is a busy market town with many shops, restaurants, schools, pubs and supermarkets. A market selling fresh produce is held every Friday in the town, there is a local bus station which runs a regular service to Lowestoft, Norwich and many of the smaller villages around. The town is located on the Waveney River which is a gateway to the Broads network. The train station runs a link to London Liverpool Street via Ipswich, and the unspoilt Suffolk coastline with the beaches of Southwold and Walberswick are within easy driving distance.

Travelling north on the A146 from Lowestoft, take the first exit at the roundabout signposted Worlingham. Take the second left into Rectory Lane, and the first right into All Saints Green. The property is situated on the left.
