The town is located on the Waveney River which is a gateway to the Broads network. The train station runs direct to London Liverpool Street via Ipswich, and the unspoilt Suffolk coastline with the beaches of Southwold and Walberswick are within easy driving distance.

Directions
Head out of Beccles via Blyburgate/A145. Take the third left onto Ingate and at the traffic lights continue straight onto Lowestoft Rd. In approximately one mile turn right into Rectory Ln. Take the first right onto All Saints Green and the property can be found immediately on your left identified by our Musker McIntyre 'For Sale' board.
