Martham near Great Yarmouth is a large, pretty village just 9 miles north of Great Yarmouth. The village retains part of its traditional charm with village green and pond, and lies partly in the Norfolk Broad National Park with one of its boundaries being the upper reaches to the Thurne River - a world famous fishing location. The village offers a wealth of local amenities including shops, pubs, restaurants, doctors surgery, schooling and library. Regular bus links provide access to Great Yarmouth and the City of Norwich. Directions
From the Yarmouth office head north along the A149 Caister Road, continue past the Yarmouth Stadium, at the roundabout turn left onto the Caister Bypass, at the next roundabout turn left into Norwich Road, follow the A149 into Rollesby, opposite the Jasminum Restaurant turn right into Martham Road Rollesby, continue into Martham along Rollesby Road, at the 'T' junction turn right into Repps Road, continue through the village centre passing through The Green on White Street where the property can be found on the left hand side just before reaching Bell Meadow.
