Location
The village of Honing is nestled within the woodland of the Honing and Crostwight estate to the northern tip of Broadland and just a few miles inland from the coast. This unspoilt village is dominated by the church of St Peter & St Paul and benefits from common areas, a village community hall and lovely walks including the Weavers Way which runs from Cromer to Great Yarmouth. The North Walsham and Dilham Canal passes through the village with Honing Lock a particular point of interest.

Directions
From Aldreds Stalham office, proceed onto the main A149 and head north passing over Wayford Bridge. Turn right signposted North Walsham and proceed through Smallburgh, turn left signposted Dilham. Continue through Dilham and onto the village of Honing. Pass over the two bridges and turn right at The Common. Turn right, then immediate right again into Lock Road and continue towards the end of the road where the property can be located on the right hand side at the end of the terrace of Lock Cottages.
