" With four bedrooms, multiple receptions, and rolling field views, Corner Cottage effortlessly delivers archetypal Norfolk living alongside modern day comfort and luxuries. Attractive brick and flint elevations sit centrally in a generous corner plot and conceal a low maintenance, versatile home within.

To the ground floor, a hallway with guest WC leads to both the kitchen and living room. The kitchen, located at the rear of the property boasts an immaculate modern fitted kitchen and opens to a well-equipped utility/boot room with direct access to the rear garden. The double aspect living room is filled with light with large double doors inviting the outside in throughout summer and a wood burning stove provides the perfect ambience for the colder months. Beyond the living room lies the equally generous dining room, once again double aspect and filled with natural light.

The first floor is home to all four bedrooms. Occupying one end of the property, the lavish triple aspect master bedroom makes the very best of the open field views beyond the property and is served by a well-appointed shower room en-suite. All three further bedrooms benefit from built in wardrobes and are served by the family bathroom, finished to the same impressive standard set by the master en-suite.

Outside, as the name suggests, Corner House sits centrally on a large corner plot meaning generous gardens are found to both the front and rear of the property. To the front, a manicure lawn is flanked by well-stocked flowerbeds and a stone path leading to the entrance porch. To the rear, a garage is accessed via further off-road parking and sits alongside a large rear garden featuring further manicured lawns and sun terraces and is bordered by attractive wooden trellises and healthy shrubs.

SITUATION/LOCATION Hindolveston is a small village close to the market towns of Holt and Fakenham. Holt is one of the most attractive small towns in Norfolk in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The town existed before the Norman invasion but was destroyed by fire in 1708. It had to be rebuilt and we're very lucky that the timing meant that the Georgian style was used. The main street is lined with colour-washed Georgian buildings, many of architectural importance. There are tea and coffee shops, lots of antique and
curio shops, food shops and delicatessens, banks, independent shops and, of course, historic Gresham's School founded in 1555. The North Norfolk coast at Blakeney is six miles away due north. There is good sailing, golf, bird-watching and many good beaches nearby. The North Norfolk Steam Railway has its terminus on the outskirts of the town and connects Holt with the seaside resort of Sheringham six miles away. The cathedral city of Norwich is just twenty-four miles distant. From Norwich there are direct trains to London Liverpool Street and Norwich Airport is a convenient worldwide gateway via Schiphol.
