" **LARGE SIX BEDROOM STUDENT PROPERTY** This spacious and well presented six bedroom student victorian terrace situated west of the City. With good transport links between the UEA and city, this is ideal for students studying at the Art College and UEA.

The property benefits from gas central heating, double glazing, two bathrooms of which one is en-suite, one is fitted with a bath and the other with a shower room. There is on road permit parking, front and rear gardens, white goods and furnished throughout.

There are four excellent sized double rooms, one medium sized room and one smaller sized room. Two of the bedrooms are on the lower floor and four on the first floor. Each room has its` own desk.
