DIRECTIONS
Upon entering Toftwood from the Dereham direction, proceed under the flyover onto Shipdham Road. Continue along Shipdham Road, taking the right hand turn into Hillcrest Avenue and follow this road around. Take the third left hand turn into Andrew Goodall Close and proceed along. Take the second right hand turn and the property can be found at the end of the cul-de-sac, identified by our William H Brown 'For Sale' board.
