At the mini round-a-bout, turn right and continue straight over the next mini round-a-bout. Proceed straight over the next mini round-a-bout and at the traffic lights continue into Yaxham Road. Proceed to the Tesco round-a-bout and take the third exit, sign posted 'Yaxham'. Turn left into Handel Drive and bear around to the right onto George Borrow Road. Take the left hand turn onto Smithtyne Avenue and the property can be found on the left hand side, identified by our William H Brown "For Sale" board.
