Jabula is a beautifully presented three bedroomed cottage, which has been extensively refurbished by the current owner. Within the grounds there is a separate detached single storey annexe providing further two bedroomed accommodation. Gardens and grounds extend to around 1.5 acres (STMS). Within the main cottage all three bedrooms are en-suite and the ground floor offers three reception rooms, which include a wonderful garden room offering views into the garden.
As well as areas of formal gardens the grounds include paddocks and a number of useful outbuildings, which provide a workshop, storage, office, field shelter and nursery block.
The village of Deopham lies between the well served towns of Attleborough and Wymondham, which offer a wide range of shopping, banking and leisure facilities. There are excellent schools for all ages nearby, including Wymondham College.

Exterior

A driveway (between the house and the annexe) is approached through a five bar gate, this drive provides parking, and continues through further high gates to the rear, which leads to the paddocks. Adjoining the rear of the cottage is an attractive pergola over a sun terrace, which leads to the formal garden, which is lawned with well planted flower and shrub borders.
The annexe also has its own, private garden with lawn, shrub borders and beds, specimen trees and shrubs.

DIRECTIONS
From Norwich head south-west via the A11, following this road to Wymondham. Leave the A11 via the slip road signposted Wymondham, then turn right at the roundabout passing back under the A11. Proceed straight over the next roundabout, then at the junction turn right at the traffic lights. Take the first left and follow this road through Wymondham town centre. Immediately after passing the War Memorial turn left and follow the road out of the town passing Wymondham Abbey on your left. Follow this road for around 3.5 miles into Deopham, and take the first right hand turning into Church Road. Follow Church Road onto Low Common, where Jabula will be found on the right hand side.
