Location
The property is located in the village of Haddiscoe. This small village comprises of a couple of public houses and St Mary's Church which is an elegant building, a village hall which offers local events and a population of approximately 500. This south Norfolk village is situated 18 miles south east of the City of Norwich, on the A143 road west of the coastal town of Lowestoft. The market town of Beccles is within easy driving distance and this has a wide range of amenities including schools, shops, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Beccles also provides a train link to London Liverpool Street via Ipswich, while Haddiscoe Station has trains to Norwich and Lowestoft. The property is in the catchment area for local schools nearby at Toft Monks and Loddon.

Directions
Head out of Beccles town centre via Northgate. At the end of the road turn left and proceed over the bridge and through Gillingham. coming out of Gillingham and at the T-junction turn left onto the A146. At the Mc'donalds roundabout take the 3rd exit signposted Great Yarmouth and go through Toft Monks. On reaching the next village, Haddiscoe continue approx. 200 yards and Mock Mile Terrace can be found on the bend on the right hand side. The property itself is on the right hand side and will be identified by our Musker McIntyre 'For Sale' board.
