" A unique opportunity to purchase a highly desirable property in the sought after town of Reepham. This stunning period townhouse was completed in just 2016 and can comfortably be described as in 'show home condition' throughout. The specification is of the very highest order, whilst the finish is simply exemplary.

The ground floor is mostly of an open-plan design - the kitchen, dining and sitting rooms seamlessly joined together. Every luxury has been taken care of such as the two tone kitchen units from Inoscape, granite worktops, underfloor heating, beautiful sash windows, high grade appliances, hidden cabling to stainless steel sockets, large centre island with oak top, Moduleo flooring, oak doors and further oak touches throughout. There is also a very useful study, cloakroom and utility room.

The quality and splendour continue upstairs. Two double bedrooms both have luxurious en-suites with underfloor heating and high quality fitments. Floorings are a mixture of tile and carpet. The front bedroom leads to a superb walk-in dressing room and fitted wardrobes both here and in the second bedroom further add to the appeal.

The exterior of the property offers two parking spaces and a courtyard garden. The highly acclaimed 'Dial House Hotel' is right on the doorstep where afternoon teas and a delicious menu are amongst their specialities.

This property is simply stunning as the photos indicate - but we highly recommend an internal viewing to fully appreciate what may become your dream home.
