" Attractive two bedroom, stone fronted property with central heating system, double glazing and stunning views.

3 Lower Terrace is a pretty and charming mid-terrace cottage built principally in stone with a slate roof and enjoying truly spectacular views over the Usk Valley towards Crickhowell, Table Mountain and the surrounding hills of the Brecon Beacons National Park. The property itself is nicely presented with recently fitted carpets, central heating system and double glazing as well as wood burning stove in the living room. At the rear there is a useful range of store sheds and outside W.C., as well as a terraced garden and timber framed garden shed. 

Llangattock village school is within about half a mile walking distance while Crickhowell is on the opposite bank of the River Usk, less than a mile away offering a wide range of facilities including high school, health centre, doctors as well as a wide range of interesting individual shops and restaurants. There are many interesting walks in the area including access to The Brecon/Newport Canal, all in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
