" 40 Brynant is a mid terraced house situated on a small estate which is just a few minutes walk away from Crickhowell town centre. The accommodation is "upside down" with the bedroom accommodation on the ground floor and the living accommodation on the first floor. This maximises the superb views across and along the Usk Valley towards the Dardy and Llangattock Escarpment and the Brecon Beacons. There is a balcony situated off the lounge from which the views can be particularly well enjoyed. The property has gas central heating but would benefit from some general improvement. Crickhowell is a picturesque, small market town situated in the Brecon Beacons National Park. It has a health centre, highly regarded primary and secondary schools, library and excellent range of individual shops, restaurants, hotels etc. There are good road links into the local trunk road network and a train station is situated in Abergavenny which is about fifteen minutes drive away and links into the Intercity Network via Newport.
