The property is a brick built semi-detached house occupying a quiet cul-de-sac position within this popular village community yards from the village shop and public house.  It enjoys a truly spectacular view over the Usk Valley and towards The Sugar Loaf beyond.  Although the property would benefit from some updating it does enjoy well proportioned accommodation including a 16' x 12' kitchen/dining room as well as three bedrooms, all with double glazing and a gas heating system. NO ONWARD CHAIN.

From Frogmore Street in Abergavenny bear left at the war memorial opposite Tesco and follow the A40 Brecon Road to the mini roundabout taking the first exit on the left.  At the next roundabout take the second exit and proceed over the river bridge before taking the first exit at the roundabout outside Waitrose.  Proceed through Llanfoist Village and then to Govillon Village and upon entering the 30 mile an hour limit turn left into Station Road, take the first turning on the right and then first left into Linden Grove and the property will be found on the left.
