" Detached four bedroom house. Benefits include solid fuel heating system, integral garage, carport and garden with views.

Occupying a private cul-de-sac position on the fringe of Wern Gifford the property is a detached house one of only about six on the whole development.  Being just off the A465 it enjoys access to both Abergavenny and Hereford, approximately four and twenty miles distance respectively, whilst the village school is literally only yards away and the village shop, petrol station, public house, etc., are approximately half a mile away.

The property itself is a deceptive house affording four double bedrooms as well an integral garage, carport and having the benefit of solid fuel central heating system.  It is situated within a well proportioned garden and from this enjoys some lovely views over the surrounding countryside.
