A most attractive mid-terraced house with the considerable asset of off road parking and a garage.  

Mardy is a popular village community situated on the Northern fringe of Abergavenny approximately a mile from the centre.  Despite its proximity to its larger neighbour, the village has managed to retain much of its own identity mainly due to the excellent village school as well as the useful local shop and post office. Abergavenny itself obviously offers further facilities including a main line railway station and general hospital.

Number 4 Sunnymead is a most attractive brick fronted mid-terraced period house centrally located within the village just yards from the village post office.  Over the years it has been the subject of considerable alteration and improvement, yet has managed to retain much of its period charm and character.  Today it enjoys both a gas heating system and double glazing, at the rear there is an attractive sun lounge and cloakroom with views out onto the pretty garden.
