The property is a most attractive semi-detached house occupying a slightly elevated position which greatly enhances its spectacular views over Abergavenny and towards The Blorenge.  Overlooking the "local green" the property is a few hundred yards walking distance from both local shops and King Henry Vlll comprehensive school, whilst the town centre is also within approximately half a mile walking distance.

Built with facing brick elevations under a tiled roof, it has the benefit of a gas heating system, double glazing and cavity wall insulation together with additional loft insulation and comprises two reception rooms and three bedrooms.
