" If you are looking for a character cottage in a village location then take a look inside.

This quintessential cottage offers a wealth of character and charm.

Dating back to Victorian times, the accommodation compromises a light and airy lounge with high ceilings, a spacious dining room with French doors on to the patio and a refitted kitchen.

Upstairs there are three good size bedrooms, a spacious landing and a fully refitted  tiled bathroom.

Outside the private rear garden is a great size and is totally private, there's even space for chickens! - we really like this cottage.

The property is situated in the village of Weedon.

Weedon itself is very nicely placed in the middle of England.

A friendly community with lots of amenities.
The main road networks are close at hand which makes commuting to anywhere very easy.

Long Buckby railway station is only a short car journey away too.

The Grand Union Canal runs through the village - along with numerous bridleways and footpaths, so going for a walk or run is very easy.

This property is a credit to the owners and we would be delighted to show you around.

If you would like any further information about the sellers or the village then please ask for Amanda.
