" The whole package! - is how the current owners described this home to me when they first purchased it from new 10 years ago.

It was the village setting, cul-de-sac location, the south facing garden and light spacious rooms which sold the property to them in the first place.

Walking into the hallway immediately gives you a feel of what the rest of the property is like, it's light, welcoming and open with the downstairs rooms all leading off.

The kitchen is light and a good size to have a table and chairs for informal eating along with a separate utility room with a sink for all the clothes.

The lounge has a feature fireplace and there is a chimney so the option of having an open fire is available. There are french doors opening on to the south facing patio, this really is a lovely sunny room with a great feel about it.

There's a separate dining room for formal entertaining for those dinner parties along with a downstairs cloakroom.

Upstairs the galleried landing is light and spacious with all rooms leading off.

All the bedrooms are doubles.

The master bedroom offers lovely views over the countryside and has a great size en-suite with double shower.

The south facing garden is private and not overlooked with room for the obligatory trampoline.

The ample parking accommodates at least three vehicles and there's a garage too.

The property is in the well catered village of Weedon.

Weedon itself is very nicely placed in the middle of England.

A friendly community with lots of amenities, pubs, shops, Doctors, Pharmacy and hairdressers to name but a few.
