" This charming double fronted period cottage stands in an enviable semi rural location on the edge of the popular village of Great Brington. The property has been the subject of a sympathetic renovation programme by the current owners including a magnificent kitchen/breakfast room with a vaulted ceiling, having been converted from an adjoining barn. The gardens are also a particular feature being of a good size and enjoying a superb rural aspect over the Althorp Estate and beyond. The accommodation comprises entrance hall, cloakroom/bathroom, lounge with dining area, family snug, study area and kitchen/breakfast room with utility room. On the first floor there are four bedrooms and a recently re-fitted bathroom suite. Externally there is off road parking for several vehicles and the property further benefits from oil fired central heating.
