" A well maintained modern three bedroomed semi detached property situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the popular south Northamptonshire village of Bugbrooke. The present owners have occupied the property since 2001 and during this time have carried out a number of improvements to include adding an entrance porch and a large conservatory, re-fitting the kitchen and bathroom and a complete re-decoration programme. The accommodation comprises entrance porch, entrance hall, kitchen/breakfast room, lounge/diner and conservatory. To the first floor there are three good sized bedrooms and a family bathroom. Outside there is a front garden with driveway providing off road parking for two vehicles and the rear garden is private and enjoys a sunny aspect. The property is also well placed for local schooling including the Campion School.

LOCAL AMENITIES . Within the village of Bugbrooke there are three Public Houses, local Convenience Stores/Newsagent, a Post Office, a Florist and a Hairdresser. There is also a Medical Centre, Community Centre and the Village Church. A bus service runs to and from Northampton Town Centre where a further range of shopping facilities can be found. Local Schooling includes Secondary Schooling at Bugbrooke Campion School and Bugbrooke Community Primary School in the High Street. Motorway access to junction 16 of the M1 is via the A45. Upon passing Campion School on the left hand side take the second turning on the left into St Johns Road. Proceed down St Johns Road and take the second turning on the right into Oaklands.
