" A well maintained modern two double bedroomed semi detached property situated on a corner plot at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the popular Northamptonshire village of Little Houghton. An archway to:- KITCHEN 9'6 x 5'10 (2.90m x 1.78m) Re-fitted with a range of base and eye level cabinets with roll top work surfaces incorporating a stainless steel sink and drainer with Victorian style tap and tiling to splashbacks. OUTSIDE FRONT Mainly laid to lawn with a path leading to the front door and a driveway to the side providing off road parking for two/three vehicles. REAR GARDEN Enclosed by wood panel fencing, the rear garden is mainly laid to lawn with a patio area, mature flower, shrub and tree borders and a garden shed. The rear garden faces in a southerly direction giving a sunny aspect and a high degree of privacy. REAR VIEW SERVICES Main drainage, gas, water and electricity are connected. HOW TO GET THERE From Northampton proceed in a south easterly direction along the A428 Bedford Road to the Barnes Meadow interchange. At the roundabout take the third exit signposted along the Bedford Road. Continue past the village of Great Houghton and then fork left where signposted to Little Houghton. upon entering the village take the first turning right into Lodge Road and proceed along this road.
