" This very spacious semi detached house is situated in a no through road in the heart of the popular rural village of Little Houghton. The property has been occupied by the present owners since 2005 and was comprehensively refurbished and extended by the previous owners. The interior provides three reception rooms, together with an 18 foot long kitchen/breakfast room and utility/cloakroom. On the first floor there are four bedrooms, the master with a shower room en suite, together with a family bathroom which contains a corner spa bath. The centrally heated interior is double glazed throughout with replacement PVCu double glazing and there is an integral double garage. Externally the driveway provides off road parking for up to four vehicles and there is a private lawned and walled garden at the front and a landscaped courtyard garden at the rear.

LOCAL AMENITIES . Within the village there is a Public House and a Church of England Church. At the nearby village of Great Houghton there is a Village Hall with Play School, WI and a Recreation Ground with Tennis Courts. Primary education is available at Little Houghton CE Primary School with secondary education at Wollaston School. Great Houghton is also the home of the Preparatory School for Boys and Girls and there are bus services to and from Northampton town centre.
