" A two bedroom detached bungalow situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Ravensthorpe village surrounded by lovely countryside and a reservoir. The property briefly comprises: entrance hall, lounge, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside there is a driveway leading to a garage with workshop behind, front and rear gardens. SITUATION The village of Ravensthorpe lies midway between the towns of Northampton and Rugby, accessed via the A428, the village is just six miles east of M1 junction 18 and has its own shop/post office, public house, playing field, pocket park and woodland. The oldest surviving building in the village is the church of St Denys, circa 1290, the tower of which also provides Ravensthorpe with its tallest structure.
