" The Old Barn is an individual detached family home of great character and charm with its origin dating back some 200 years with a modern extension to the side. The good sized accommodation is arranged over three floors and comprises an entrance hall, cloakroom, lounge, dining room, study, kitchen/breakfast room and utility. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, bedroom two with en suite shower room, two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. The property further benefits from oil fired central heating, a double garage to the side and a landscaped garden to the rear.

The pretty market town of Market Harborough is approximately nine miles in distance and Rugby thirteen miles, both of which offer large supermarkets, high street shopping and main line train stations to London St Pancras International and London Euston respectively. Long Buckby station is approximately seven miles distant. HOW TO GET THERE From Northampton proceed in a north westerly direction along the A5199 Welford Road, leaving the town through Kingsthorpe and passing through the villages of Chapel Brampton, Spratton and Creaton. Continue along the road and on entering the village of Thornby, turn left signposted to Cold Ashby. On entering Cold Ashby along the Thornby Road at the T junction turn right into Church Lane and the property can be found immediately on the left hand side.
