" A well maintained and extended three bedroomed semi detached dormer style bungalow situated in a quiet road in the heart of the popular residential area of Dallington village. The vendor has carried out a number of improvements to include two extensions, replacement of the windows and doors with UPVc double glazing, a new gas central heating system and a complete re-decoration programme. FIRST FLOOR LANDING Access is provided to the loft, there is a Velux rooflight and doors to:- BEDROOM ONE 13'4 x 11'4 (4.06m x 3.45m) Fitted with built-in triple wardrobes providing storage above, a TV point, under eaves storage and a UPVc double glazed window to the front. There is tiling to splashbacks, a heated towel rail, a radiator, storage cupboard and a UPVc double glazed obscure window to the side. A driveway provides off road parking, a pathway leads to the front door and there is secure gated access to the rear. HOW TO GET THERE From Northampton town centre proceed in a westerly direction along St James Road and take the right hand fork onto the A428 Harlestone Road. Proceed over the traffic light intersection and carry on up the hill. Pass Dallington Park on the right hand side and turn right into Dallington Park Road and continue into the village.
