Bedroom one is situated on the ground floor and has a double glazed window to rear elevation and an airing cupboard. The bathroom comprises three piece suite with a shower over the bath and tiling. Outside, the front is open plan with a laid to lawn garden, flower and shrub borders, path leading to the storm porch and gated side access. The driveway is brick block laid and provides off road parking for two cars.
