" A well presented, first floor apartment with private access. The apartment has two bedrooms, with master en suite, separate bathroom and split level living accommodation with an open plan kitchen and stairs up to the lounge/diner.

THE DEVELOPMENT Brackley House is a landmark Grade II listed building situated off the market place in the Town Centre and was originally built in the 1880s as a family home. The redevelopment of this historic building comprises 26 apartments and number 24 is a two bedroom apartment situated on the first floor in the courtyard development to the rear of the original Victorian building. ACCOMMODATION A private access door leads to the entrance hall with stairs up to the apartment. From the hall, doors lead to the bedrooms and a large storage cupboard to one end of the apartment and the lounge/diner and kitchen to the other end, with the bathroom being in the middle. The bedrooms are both double rooms with built in wardrobes and the master bedroom has a door giving access to the en suite which is fitted with a white suite including a corner shower cubicle, a low level WC and pedestal hand wash basin. The kitchen is fitted with a range of eye and base level cupboards and drawers with roll top work surfaces over, an inset stainless steel sink and four ring hob with oven below. The main bathroom is fitted with a white suite including a panel enclosed bath with shower over, a sink unit set into a vanity unit with cupboards below and a low level WC.
