" A detached bungalow which is well maintained yet still offers scope for some updating and is offered for sale with no onward chain. This property has three good sized bedrooms, double glazed windows, UPVC fascias and is located in a cul de sac convenient for Brackley town centre.

ACCOMMODATION A recessed porch gives access to the glazed front door which leads into a spacious L-shaped hallway with doors off to the living room, kitchen and double width built-in cupboard. From the rear part of the hall doors lead to the bedrooms, bathroom, separate cloakroom and airing cupboard. The living room is a large room with windows looking out over the front garden and a serving hatch to the kitchen. The kitchen has a window and glazed door to the side and is fitted with white fronted units, cream worktops, white tiled walls, a stainless steel sink and there are spaces for a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and cooker (appliances can be included if required). Bedroom 1 is a large double room with windows to the rear and side. Bedroom 2 is a further double room, with a window overlooking the garden and two high level windows to the side. Bedroom 3 is also a good size with a window to the side and is currently used as a dining room. The main bathroom has a window to the side and has had the bath replaced with a shower cubicle and also has a pedestal basin and WC and tiled walls. GARAGE AND PARKING A long driveway leads down the side of the bungalow to the garage, which has an up and over door and a window to the side. GARDENS The front garden is laid to lawn with well tended flower and rose beds. The rear garden is well maintained with a central lawn, a large patio area and deep planted borders.
