" 20 Westminster Croft is a traditional 4 bedroom family house with a garage and gardens, situated in an attractive and established cul de sac very close to Brackley Town Centre.

GROUND FLOOR A double glazed porch leads into the hallway which has wood effect flooring and pine doors to the lounge, kitchen and cloakroom. The lounge is a big room and has a window to the front, pine floor boards and glazed doors to the dining room. The dining room has pine flooring and French doors to the garden, a door to the kitchen and a cupboard. The kitchen has fitted cupboards and worktops, a built-in oven, an electric hob with hood over and spaces for a fridge and dishwasher. There is a sink under a window and a door to the garden. FIRST FLOOR The landing has pine doors to the airing cupboard and bedrooms. Bedroom 1 a double to the front of the property. Bedroom 2 is a double to the rear and bedroom 3 is a double room to the front. Bedroom 4 has a built-in alcove and cupboards and is to the rear. The bathroom has been refitted as a shower room and has a white suite including a corner shower, a WC, wash hand basin set into a vanity unit and is fully tiled. GARDENS The rear garden is a good size and mainly laid to lawn with planted borders, a large patio across the back of the house and is enclosed by timber fencing with gated access to the side. GARAGE AND PARKING The garage has an up and over door, a door to the garden and light and power. There is space for a washing machine, tumble drier and freezer. The garage has a driveway in front and there is additional parking to the other side of the front garden.
