" A spacious 3 bedroom semi-detached house situated close to the popular Old Town area of Brackley, within walking distance of local amenities.

GROUND FLOOR The entrance hall has space and storage for coats and shoes, stairs which rise to the first floor landing and double doors into the living room. The living room has a window to the front and an archway through to the dining room. There is an inset gas fire and an understairs storage cupboard. The dining room has a window to the rear and a door into the kitchen.
The kitchen is fitted with eye and base level cupboards, a stainless steel sink unit and a built in oven and a four ring gas hob. There are spaces for a tall fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher. There is a window to the side and a door to the rear garden. FIRST FLOOR The landing has a window to the side and doors to the bedrooms and bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a window to the front and a built in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a window to the rear and a built in storage cupboard. Bedroom 3 has a window to the front and storage over the bulkhead of the stairs. The bathroom has a high level window to the rear and is fitted with a three piece suite comprising a hand wash basin, a low level WC and a bath with a shower over. GARDEN AND PARKING The rear garden is a good size and is laid to lawn with gated access to the driveway. The front garden is laid to lawn.
