" A fine detached Bungalow, in a sought after cul-de-sac, with a West facing rear garden and double garage

LIVING ACCOMMODATION The front door leads into very large hallway with oak doors leading off to all rooms including a walk in storage/coat cupboard and an airing cupboard. The Lounge is at the back of the property with patio doors overlooking the rear garden and a fireplace fitted with a Living Flame gas fire. A wide arch leads to the adjoining Dining Room which has a window overlooking the rear garden and a further door leading back to the hallway. The Kitchen overlooks the front garden and is fitted with a range of eye and base level cupboards with granite work surfaces and a granite breakfast bar. Fitted appliances include an electric oven and a ceramic hob with a hood above and there are spaces for a fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.
