" A well presented and extended three bedroom home, with a annex/second reception room to the side. The property also benefits from a kitchen/breakfast room and a large conservatory looking over the West facing rear garden.

GROUND FLOOR The part glazed front door opens into the hallway which has a window to the side, stairs rising to the first floor and doors to the lounge, kitchen and under-stairs storage. The lounge has a large window to the front and a gas fire with surround. The kitchen has a range of eye and base level units in a L shape with two windows to the rear, an arch way leads through to the dining area which in turn has glass french doors to the conservatory. The conservatory has double doors onto the garden and a glazed door through to the utility room/Annex. The utility room has space for a number of appliances, a glass door and a window to the garden and two further doors to the shower room and the bedroom/second reception room. The shower room is fitted with a corner shower and has a window to the side, the bedroom has a window to the front and A double height ceiling. FIRST FLOOR The landing has doors to the bathroom and the three bedrooms. The bathroom has a window to the rear, a door to the airing cupboard and is fitted with a white three piece suite with a shower fitted over the bath and tiling to water sensitive areas.
